How long will it take to download?

• You can download immediately. Choose the item you would like to purchase, arrange a payment and then click away! As soon as you place your order, you will be sent download information so you can download, save, and use the item(s) you ordered.
• Please note that you will need to use the download links to download and save the file(s) to your computer. These download links are displayed on the payment confirmation page AND sent to you in an email. After you save the file(s) to your computer, you can then access them at your convenience to view and print.

What are your store hours?

• We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied. We are open 24/7. If you are experiencing difficulty, your may reach our technical support staff at customerservice@niftygems.com.

May I order by phone?

• Yes! You may fax us your order or call it in. Just download the order form.

What are the shipping rates?

• Standard shipping rates will apply. Costs will depend on the weight and volume of the items shipped.

What methods of payments do you accept?

• We accept all major credit cards, school checks and personal checks. A $25.00 charge will be made for any checks returned for nonsufficient funds. Once a check is returned, the only method of payment accepted will be by credit card.

Can I share with friends?

• All products are copyrighted. Nifty Gems products are to be used for personal use only. Under no circumstances can it be reproduced or sold. . The materials may be used in one classroom by a teacher who has purchased the product. Teachers work really hard to create the materials you purchased. Please respect the time and effort it took to create the items.

Is this website secure?
The NiftyGems.com store uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, the industry standard, which encrypts sensitive information including your name and address, email address and highly confidential information, such as a credit card number.

For added security, we do not store your credit card number on the server.

When you are using a security-enabled browser, the information you send us while on a secure page is encrypted. You will always encounter a "secure page" when you enter the checkout process. Encryption safeguards the information so it cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

When you are on a secure page, here is how you will know:

• Your browser's location address will begin with https://
• You will see a lock icon at the bottom of your browser window that may look something like this:  (This varies according to the type of browser you have.)

Product description pages and other store information pages may not have the lock or https://. This is normal. The only pages used to transmit personal details (billing address, email address, and credit card information) are in the account area and checkout, and those pages will always be secure.
